The Compliance Library and Audit Assistant is a CD that contains all of your regulatory documentation.  In addition to a CD, your company may choose to have a secure Login on Risk Management Professionals’ secure server or your company’s website or network.  The Internet   Browser format allows you to easily search and navigate through your environmental and safety files.  The CD or Login allows quick access to your files in the event of an audit.  Rather than flipping through binders and file folders, a regulator or facility personnel can click on links in order to view company procedures or scanned copies of completed forms.  Furthermore, it prevents damage or unauthorized alteration to your facility records and procedures.  The Compliance Library and Audit Assistant also enables a parent company’s remote monitoring of satellite facilities’ adherence to their regulatory requirements.
