What is PMPlus™?

Why Create Another PM Program?

Several of our clients needed to implement a Mechanical Integrity program to meet OSHA PSM requirements, but couldn't find an easy-to-use program that was cost effective. After RMP researched options for these clients, we found many programs that were either cost prohibitive, too complicated to use, or required proprietary software that could only be run on a limited number of machines. Using the input from our clients and the expertise of our engineering team, we began designing a program that would be cost effective, easy-to-use, and accessible from nearly any computer connected to the Internet.

What is Required to Use PMPlus™?

PMPlus™uses a web browser interface and should work with any JavaScript enabled browser.
PMPlus™ has been tested and verified to work with:

PMPlus™ prints reports and forms to a Portable Document Format (PDF). A PDF viewer must be installed on the machine such as Adobe's free Acrobat Reader.

PMPlus Preview™

Look Ahead

Each time a user logs into PMPlus™, a window pops-up that shows any Work Orders that are pending completion and when they are due. It also provides a list of Scheduled Maintenance Tasks—these Tasks automatically generate Work Orders on a schedule. The Tasks can be set to generate a Work order either by the equipment runtime or by date.

System Screen

The System Screen provides an efficient way to manage Systems and their related Components. You can also attach files to Components. This feature allows any digital document to be accessed wherever the Component is referenced.

Scheduled Maintenance Tasks

Scheduled Maintenance Tasks control the schedule for maintenance and also contain the data that will appear in every Work Order. This organization saves time by copying repetitive data from the Task into the Work Order whenever a new Work Order in generated.

Work Order Management

The Work Order screen provides convenient organization and filtering of pending and closed Work Orders.

Reports

Reports can be quickly generated and are printed to a PDF file. PMPlus™ will always maintain all facility records, but reports and Work Orders can be saved locally as PDF files. This also improves and guarantees quality hard copies of your important documents.
