Update: Electronic Reporting Requirements for Sanitary Sewer Systems In accordance with the Monitoring and Reporting Program (MPR) set forth in Order NO. 2006-2003,"Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements for Sanitary Sewer Systems", collection systems need to start the Online Sewer System Overflow (SSO) reporting. All enrolees must obtain a SSO Database account and receive a "Username" and "Password" by registering through the California Integrated Water Quality System (CIWQS). Upon receiving an account, systems must complete the "Collection System Questionaire". There are three primary SSO reporting requirements and each have different online reporting criteria:
